Italy's Most Beautiful Place Has a Serious Problem 🇮🇹
After finally getting the Touareg back on the road, we set off to explore one of the most famous stretches of coastline in Italy. What started as a mission to score our first swell on the Ligurian Coast quickly turned into an eye-opening look at the reality behind one of Europe's most photographed destinations.

In this episode, we surf our first waves in Levanto, a surf town just outside the world-famous Cinque Terre, and discover why surfers have been coming here for years. We also explore the stunning villages of Cinque Terre, but learn about the growing problem of overtourism and the challenges locals face as millions of visitors pass through each year.

Meanwhile, our 2003 Volkswagen Touareg expedition rig continues to test us. After replacing the fuel pumps and getting the truck running again, we discover that our problems aren't over.
